STANDARD SHIPPING

All shipments have tracking numbers, which can be used to check the package's status.

It usually takes a day or two to process new orders and prepare them for shipping. The delivery time depends on your region and may vary a little, but based on our experience so far it's somewhere along the lines of:

• Europe: 5-15 business days
• North America: 5-20 business days
• Everywhere else: 10-30 business days

If you are not home at the time of delivery your package will be directed to the nearest post office, which in turn will leave you a notice (at your address), explaining how and when to pick up your package. Note that if a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender (which is us).
